How Much Does Email Management Cost?
There are no additional monthly cost over what Microsoft charges for your subscription. We do charge a setup fee to get you going on Microsoft Suit as well as when changes are needed, but no other additional costs outside of this.
Can I get a custom Domain?
We set you up with a custom domain and configure it to your Microsoft account. This means that you get email addresses @yourcompany for all your team members, as well as shared accounts such as accounts@yourcompany.co.nz.

How Many Custom Domains Can I have?
There are no limit to how many custom domains you can have attached to your Microsoft account.
What If I Need Support After Setup?
We currently provide support to set up Microsoft, as well as support for changes required within the Microsoft instance. We do not currently offer support for products installed on local computers however, can provide functionality support with online instances of Microsoft products.
Can I Use This To Install Microsoft Word On My Computer?
Yes, Absolutely. Microsoft allows local installs of their products such as word with some licenses. There are other licenses that only allow you to use Microsoft products online however, they work just as well as locally installed products.

What Are The Cost To Make Changes, Such As Adding New Email Addresses?
Our service currently focuses on building new websites and we do not work on existing websites. The main reason for this is due to the potential higher cost of ‘fixing’ things or ‘figuring out’ how your current website works. In saying that, we are able to easily replicate a current website and then making desired changes.
What if I Need Changes After The Initial Build Phase?
Our standard membership offering allows for the intial build, including some design adjustments. After the initial build, you can either stick with the lower membership option if your website will rarely change, with design time costs when needed. We have higher membership options for websites that are expected to change more often, such as ecommerce websites or if you want continued marketing optimisations.
