Can I Call You?
We currently only have inbound call teams for priority 1 customers. These are customers that have a higher membership with us that offers direct phone contact. P1 customers will have an assigned phone number that they can call to reach out team and will have requests actioned in the fastest way possible.
Who Should Be A Priority 1 Customer?
We recommend our P1 accounts to customers that either have assets that change often, such as customers that operate ecommerce websites. We also recommend P1 level to customers that have businesses that are exceeding 250% growth per year to ensure that their technology solutions match the growth with their business.
How Do I Sign Up With Braided?
We recommend that customers get set up with a discovery call. This is because we only partner with customers where our technology adds real value to their businesses. Generally, the starting point for most customers are getting set up with a new website. Through the discovery call, our team will assess where your business is, what level of development is required and if there are other services needed, such as branding or re-designs.
